Copyright and third-party content notice

Who owns content in Wevy, how outputs can be used, and how to request correction or removal.

1. Wevy materials

Copyright © 2026 Volodymyr Boiarinov. The operator owns, or uses under license, Wevy’s software, interface, branding, website copy, original graphics, and other original service materials. All rights are reserved except for the limited rights granted in the Terms of service.

2. User content and exports

You retain copyright and other rights in original patterns, images, names, and content you create. Wevy does not claim ownership of that content. Subject to rights in any included third-party material, you can use, publish, and sell your exported patterns.

Using Wevy does not give you rights in photographs, motifs, characters, logos, trademarks, or designs owned by someone else. You are responsible for obtaining permission when your use requires it.

3. Bead catalogs and photographs

Wevy does not claim ownership of third-party bead photographs, sample cards, catalogs, packaging, trademarks, manufacturer and brand names, product names, article numbers, color names, descriptions, or related product material.

Those rights belong to the relevant manufacturers, photographers, distributors, retailers, licensors, and other rights holders. Wevy uses brand and product references to identify materials and help with pattern planning. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

4. Catalog accuracy

Third-party catalog material is provided for identification and reference. It can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, incorrectly attributed, or unavailable. Screen colors and generated previews are approximations. Verify product details and permissions with the relevant rights holder, manufacturer, or seller.

5. Permitted and prohibited copying

You can include catalog references and rendered bead keys in your own Wevy pattern exports. You cannot extract, reproduce, republish, sell, or redistribute Wevy’s catalog, source photographs, software, interface, or original site materials as a standalone collection or competing product unless the rights holder or applicable law permits it.

6. Copyright, trademark, and correction requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe material in Wevy infringes a right, uses a mark improperly, is incorrectly attributed, or should be corrected, email volodymyrboiarinov@gmail.com. Include:

Your name, contact details, and authority to act for the rights holder.
A clear description of the protected work, mark, or other right.
The exact page, URL, pattern link, brand, article number, image, or other information needed to locate the material.
The action you request and the legal or factual reason for it.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
A statement that the information in the request is accurate.
Your physical or electronic signature.

7. Review, removal, and responses

We will review a sufficiently detailed request and can ask for more information. Where appropriate, Wevy can correct attribution, remove material, disable access, preserve evidence, notify the affected user, or restrict a repeat infringer. We can reject notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported by a reasonable legal basis.

If your content was affected and you believe the action was a mistake, email volodymyrboiarinov@gmail.com with the relevant account, material, reason, and supporting evidence. We will review the response and restore content where appropriate and lawful.
