Terms of service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to Wevy’s website, accounts, editor, pattern library, Make mode, exports, and public read-only links. By creating an account, selecting the acceptance box, or using Wevy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Wevy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher age to agree to these Terms, that higher age applies. If you have not reached legal adulthood, your parent or guardian must review and approve these Terms. You may use Wevy only where its use is lawful.

If you use Wevy for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Protect your password, email account, device, and active sessions. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You cannot transfer an account, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade a restriction or plan limit.

4. The service and alpha status

Wevy is an alpha web app for designing, organizing, viewing, making, exporting, and sharing beadwork patterns. Alpha software can change and can contain defects. Keep independent copies of important work because Wevy does not promise permanent storage or uninterrupted access.

We may add, remove, or change features to improve functionality or security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. If a change materially reduces a consumer’s access to paid digital content, Wevy will follow any mandatory notice and remedy rules that apply.

5. Free, Hobby, and Pro plans

The Free plan currently includes up to 3 cloud patterns, cloud backups, Make mode, 3D preview, the bead catalog, read-only Make mode link sharing, and one PDF or PNG export per calendar month measured in Coordinated Universal Time. Free exports always carry a Wevy watermark. Free does not include unwatermarked, cover-image, blur-preview, local-backup, or Make-file exports. Two- and three-drop earring, peyote pod, 3D peyote star, bead crochet rope, and Sylianka grids require Hobby or Pro.

Hobby includes up to 10 cloud patterns, all grid types, 5 exports, and 5 image tracings per calendar month measured in Coordinated Universal Time. Hobby costs $4.99 per month. Pro includes unlimited cloud patterns, exports, and image tracing, plus reusable motifs and custom beads, and costs $14.99 per month. For customers billed in Ukrainian hryvnia, Hobby costs 150 UAH and Pro costs 550 UAH per month. A subscription started at an earlier price keeps renewing at that price until it ends.

For Hobby and Pro, the first payment is charged at purchase, followed by automatic monthly payments. There is no free trial. Card details are entered on the hosted plata by mono checkout and are not collected or stored by Wevy. Changing between paid plans cancels future renewal of the current subscription and starts a new paid month immediately; unused paid time is not automatically refunded. Prices shown are the total amount charged; no additional fee is added at checkout.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Ukraine, you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days of its first payment and ask for that payment back by emailing the operator, and it will be refunded in full even if you used paid features during those days. This applies to the first payment of a subscription, not to later renewals, which you can stop at any time as described below.

You can stop future monthly payments in Settings → Subscription. Paid access remains available until the end of the confirmed paid month; existing patterns stay saved when Free limits resume. A payment already processing when you cancel may still complete. For billing or refund requests, contact the operator using the address below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Lifetime and administrative grants provide Pro access and do not create a recurring charge.

6. License to use Wevy

Subject to these Terms, Wevy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for lawful personal or commercial pattern-design work. This license does not transfer ownership of the software or catalog.

• Do not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or create a competing service from Wevy’s software, interface, catalog, or original materials except where law permits.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code, catalog records, images, or datasets except where law permits.
• Do not bypass access controls, plan limits, or security measures.
• Do not interfere with the service or use automated traffic that creates an unreasonable load.

7. Your content and outputs

You retain ownership of patterns, images, names, and other original content you create or upload. You can use and sell your exported patterns. Your ownership does not extend to Wevy software, catalog data, third-party photographs, trademarks, or other material owned by someone else.

You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, render, transmit, and display your content only to operate, secure, support, and improve Wevy, comply with law, and follow your sharing instructions. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, technical logs, and legal retention.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, trace, include, export, or share. You remain responsible for your content and for claims arising from it.

8. Sharing and local files

A read-only link is accessible to anyone who has it and does not expire automatically. You are responsible for choosing recipients. Delete the source pattern or contact support to disable access. Wevy cannot recall copies that another person already downloaded, copied, or captured.

A making-only pattern file hides editing controls in the normal interface, but it is still a readable JSON file. Do not treat that mode as encryption or digital-rights protection.

You are responsible for backups, exported files, and copies stored on your devices or shared with others.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Wevy to:

• Upload, create, or share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
• Violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights.
• Access another account or data without authorization, probe security, distribute malware, or disrupt systems.
• Misrepresent source, affiliation, ownership, or endorsement.
• Use Wevy in a way that harms users, providers, the service, or third parties.

10. Catalog and third-party material

Wevy displays bead photographs, manufacturer and brand names, trademarks, product names, article numbers, color descriptions, dimensions, and sample-card information for identification and planning. These materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Catalog data, screen colors, quantities, dimensions, finishes, photographs, availability, and generated previews can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Lighting, material, calibration, and display settings can change how a physical bead looks. Verify product details with the manufacturer or seller before buying materials or starting work.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Wevy is not responsible for their independent content, actions, or availability.

11. Intellectual property and notices

Wevy’s software, interface, branding, website copy, original graphics, and other original service materials are owned by the operator or used under license. User content and third-party materials are excluded.

The Copyright and third-party content notice explains attribution, permitted output use, and how to request correction or removal. We may remove content or restrict repeat infringers when a complaint has a reasonable legal basis.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Wevy at any time and can request account deletion. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or when continued operation is no longer practical.

Where appropriate, we will consider the nature and severity of a violation and give notice or an opportunity to appeal by email. Immediate action can be taken to address urgent harm, security threats, or legal requirements.

Terms about ownership, licenses already needed for retained backups, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that must logically continue will survive termination.

13. Warranties and consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wevy is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not make voluntary warranties about uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent storage, catalog accuracy, fitness for a specific beadwork project, or non-infringement of content supplied by users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, conformity requirement, remedy, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. The first paragraph applies only to the extent compatible with those mandatory rights.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost data, profit, revenue, goodwill, materials, or project time caused by use of or inability to use Wevy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from Wevy will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, liability is limited to the minimum amount that applicable law requires.

These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit.

15. Changes to these Terms

Wevy can update these Terms when the service, business model, or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes when required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you do not accept them, stop using Wevy and request deletion of your account.

16. Governing law and disputes

Contact volodymyrboiarinov@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or your right to use a court or regulator available under the law where you live.

17. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You cannot assign these Terms without the operator’s consent. The operator can assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of Wevy, subject to applicable law.
